Reach an outstanding level of fitness with Thai Boxing

Dragons Gym Thai Boxing enables students to reach an outstanding level of fitness with a high tempo workout containing the skills and techniques of the Thai boxer. 

Whether to get into shape and tone up or to reach a good level of sparring and self-defence, this club is ideal. 

Thai Boxing or Mauy Thai is also known as the 'art of eight limbs' because both hands, elbows, knees and legs are used in combat. Because of this, this martial art is especially to tone and stretch the muscles. Almost every move in Thai Boxing used the whole body helping to achieve the highest fitness levels in participants.

Our training programme will suit individuals with little or no martial arts experience and is safe to practice in our controlled environment led by an experienced instructor.

Participants can also compete if they wish, in order to test themselves and their skills.

Dragons Gym Thai Boxing classes take place on Wednesday and Friday evenings.
